As for charcoal, anything weber will last decades. The enamel coated steel is very durable.
For $90 you could get a Jumbo Joe. It's an 18" tabletop kettle. 240 square inches which might be just fine for you. Lots of people like this grill, and they'll take it camping or even use it as their primary.
For $70 you could get a Charcoal (or gas) Go Anywhere. Way more portable and durable. The charcoal one is nice because you can pack all your cooking gear inside just by cutting the top grate. 160 square inches (half the size of this grill). You can feed a family grilling burgers/dogs no problem. They're also nice for cooking indirect. I like this grill so much I take two camping. One for the protein and another for sides.
The little 14" Weber Smokey Joe is tiny and might work for you. They don't pack well (similar to the Jumbo Joe but at least it's smaller if that's your main concern). The airflow on them sucks. Easily Weber's worst grill, IMO. They are a tad under $50. I paid $9 for mine and still felt ripped off.
The only real advantage of the Lowes grill is the cooking space. And you're going to have to store it inside if you want it to last.
The Weber Kettle is a premium built charcoal grill that moves easily around your yard, but is not a portable style grill, as it's not designed to be folded or broken down for transport. It is, however, an amazing grill, among the best charcoal grills there are.

I wait for a sale on the Weber Kettle,

I wait for a sale on the Weber Kettle,
But the 22" kettle is also the most popular grill in america. You can probably buy a used one for ~$40 off a used marketplace any time you want. Doesn't really matter much on the condition, so just wait for a barely used one (or otherwise acceptable condition) and strike when you see it. I've scored used kettles that had never been registered and still had years of warranty time on them for cheap.
