Oh just realized the hyper tough has smaller sockets. Goes down to 4mm, while the hart starts at 10mm and goes up from there. This is because the hyper tough is 1/4 drive. Both seem to skip size, which is normal at this price.
Honestly if you have a harbor freight nearby go look at their offerings.
It's a great set for the price.
