I want an unflashy seiko automatic with at least 2 time zones (cause for work). Does it exist?
These will go on sales time to time for around the $250 range.
You're looking for a GMT hand. This would NOT have the second hour hand like you want.

Slight tangent to your search of a Seiko GMT, but check aliexpress for any watch that has a movement called NH34. It's the GMT movement made by Seiko that's sold to other brands. You'll be able to find GMT watches for much cheaper than Seiko's offerings and even be better equipped with a sapphire crystal

Is this a one with hackable movement only automatic I have is a citizen eco drive been looking at these Seiko deals was wondering if this would be the watch to buy.
The 7s doesn't have a hacking or handwinding function which is most people's strike against it. Seiko's 4R (or NH in the aftermarket) is the newer generation of this 7s and it does have those features. You can "hack" these in a way by very very slightly twisting the crown backwards while you're setting the time. Can't say that it's recommended as you're physically stopping the seconds hand from advancing, but I've done it before. If you keep your expectations in line, these are a good value for a name brand.
Back OT, the watch posted is an excellent example of the Seiko 5 line and inherent value. The blue dial will be stunning. Only thing I would change would be to replace the folded links bracelet with a nice leather strap. Then, this SNK357 would never cease to impress and please the owner...slow release charm.. Also, I would ignore any sniping about the 7S26 movement. It is a proven reliableand reasonably accurate movement and just about any jeweler can work on it.
Thanks to the OP for posting.

Citizen eco drive is not an automatic; it's a solar quartz. This 7s movement in this deal doesn't hack or handwind. If you want those features in a Seiko, I'd recommend looking for one of the newer Seiko 5 with the stylized 5 logo. Those will have 4R movements that can hack and handwind. However, most (all?) of the newer seiko 5 are dive style watches and nothing like the watch in this deal
