This game enthralled me when I played it on PC a few years ago. At $3.99 you can't go wrong. I just wish it was enhanced for Series X to cut down on load times.

I know you say this game is amazing - but I have this on Steam. Do I really need the royal edition or can I just get by with the base Kingdom Come: Deliverance?

The DLC "A Woman's Lot" is a must with this game. It brings in two story-lines that are quite deep, and also adds in a companion dog. The other DLC aren't bad, and bring a little something to the game as well.

Despite the "combat" and some glitches, it's like experiencing part Camelot type novel and movie. Has to be experienced to understand.

Buyer Beware:

Expect this game to run at a slow 30 frames-per-second. If you're OK with that, then you've made a good buy...

Feels criminal that this title didn't get the "frame-boost" love that Xbox gave to so many other games, older ones as well ..

The villages and especially forests felt the most realistic depiction of that part of medieval Europe of any game I've played but in the end I couldn't stick with it due to the somewhat clunky mechanics. Awesome atmosphere tho considering this is not high fantasy and instead relies on those things that would have made the middle ages a time to be on your toes all the time. Made ya think twice about traveling through the woods at night.

From what I did play tho the quest lines and character development were on point. Hoping for a sequel that takes all the best of this and improves upon it.
