To me this can be a decent to good deal if someone still ok with the circular saw limitations, as well as the small 1.5ah batteries, and still missing an impact drill which i think essential 20v tool. This black and decker tool line I have found to be a lighter duty generally though than my ryobi's, and maybe someone else could speak how it compares to hart. So I'd generally lean to ryobi because very large eco system and higher quality in my experience for not that much more money.
Got a very old weed eater that just won't die... The auto-extend function for the string works well too. Got a B&D pole saw that isn't all that bad either.
Trying to completely switch over to Makita otherwise this would have been a non-brainer.
As for crappiest tools... try HFT, lol.

Also batteries (with a little modification) work with Porter Cable 20V tools.
BTW... BD, Porter Cable, and Dewalt all made by BD... but Dewalt takes a different battery.
