Like a few times a month. They hold a decent charge. I built my current desk using lumber from home depot using these tools. They won't keep up with the big names the trades use but they get the job done.
my drill is 10 years old and still working like a champ but for this price, its good to have a backup if it ever finally breaks

Thanks OP. Actually slick!
To me this can be a decent to good deal if someone still ok with the circular saw limitations, as well as the small 1.5ah batteries, and still missing an impact drill which i think essential 20v tool. This black and decker tool line I have found to be a lighter duty generally though than my ryobi's, and maybe someone else could speak how it compares to hart. So I'd generally lean to ryobi because very large eco system and higher quality in my experience for not that much more money.
Consider these factors if ripping 2x4 is your most common use case.

2015?!? Holy time flies.
The difference between my model and this deal:
Ldx220 = 1/2" drill vs Ldx120 = 3/8" drill
Mine's came with fast battery charger, this deal is a slow trickle (?) charger.
I am in shock the batteries haven't deteriorated in almost a decade.
Or maybe they have? I don;t think i've used it in the past 2 years
ok if just drill 1 hole or slide 1 cut
Still going strong, we keep the flashlight by the back door for letting the dogs in & out at night, battery lasts forever. Drill lives in a drawer with the battery popped out, quick to grab and zip together quick jobs, we charge it once or twice a year if that.
There's also a portable AC/DC Tire & Air mattress inflator, and a folding hand vacuum that take the same batteries, both are small and store in the corner of the trunk. Great for keeping the car free of pet hair and the odd time your tire pressure is low/off or airing up bikes & balls. There's a faster charger you can get for like 15-20 bucks on amazon that takes charging from 4 hours to like 15 minutes. We did have one of the 4 batteries finally stop taking a charge on us recently, but it was beat to shit and covered with paint and nearly a decade old.
Not bad if you know your use case is similar.

If ripping 2x4s is your normal "use case", you might want to investigate the availability of 2x2s…
