What cable do you use for this? The model in this thread only has HDMI and DP as inputs.

no - there's no displayport OUT, so this could not be the first monitor in a daisy chain (but it could be the last, as it has displayport IN). It also doesn't have USB-C, so if you were hoping for a single cable for charging and video to this monitor (and only one of them), that is also not possible.

I have a dell Hub that i can plug both monitors into that that hub has usb c to plug into my laptop. this hub was provided by my work

How is the font size going from 1080p to 4k? Will text be significantly smaller?

Well then that's a completely different thing than what the original person was asking. OP was asking if you could use something like usb-c or thunderbolt to "daisy chain" devices. Using a hub/docking station/port replicator is a whole different approach.

Modern professional OS's support fractional scaling without issue. OSX has been way behind the curve here, but there are 3rd party apps like BetterDisplay that bring such functionality to Macs
