The K270 is part of the Logitech "Unifying" ecosystem; a single Unifying receiver can pair with (theoretically) dozens of devices. Unifying receivers have an orange square with a black star inside; you probably already have one or more. If you don't, they usually DO come bundled, but can be purchased separately for about $10 before discount.

not sure if you read the comments, but there are two versions - unifying and non-unifying - it's been this way for years. the one in this deal is non-unifying, per woot staff, at least based on one of the earlier comments.

I can confirm I own the non unifying version years back from a previous SD. I added a unifying version later (bc I got a trackball) at almost double the price of the combo itself back then at almost $40 but it's been as reliable as the non unifying combos sets. It's quite odd Logitech did this but they successfully upsold me

That's a unifying receiver, so it probably won't work with the K270 in this deal.
