Costco is better. This is especially at size 4 because you have to use the small packs to get close to the minimum spend.
Math: the optimal purchase at target is 1x $45.99 (120 pack) + 2x $28.49 (66 pack) = $102.98
With the giftcard, you're getting 252 diapers for $72.98 which comes out to $0.2896 per diaper.
At Costco you don't have to worry about giftcards which. 174 diapers costs $42 which comes out to $0.2413 per diaper. Way better deal at Costco plus you don't have the hassle of giftcards.
i always by the target giftcards on deal and spend on these deals. Even if you get the giftcards its not like you cant spend on anything target. they have lots of house hold, gorcery, baby product and electronics deals.
you can also club this with to get another $15 back. So $100 of diaper will be of $55 or less depending on type of payment. for me size 3 pampers will become $.18 which is the best i can get anywhere

bought diaper this deal , finally the rebate was approved. For future reference on deal, this is how i used it
Pampers 136 + pampers overnight 104 + Up&Up diapers($10 fillers) my total was $102 with mnfg coupon and diaper registry discount i paid $91
got $10 from circle offer + $30 giftcard + $15 p&g rebate + paid via giftcard itself (was 15% off), so i got all of that for $35! good deal i guess. Mostly they match all the prices so i use them occasionally to buy useful stuff.
