Not bad if I have not purchased a bunch of Lowe's GC with 15-20% cashback from Meijer and other source. 5% odd is a joke as one can get 5% discount everyday with their credit card. 10% off GC can be purchased frequently when needed. Only 15% or more discount is a deal. 15% bonus value is actually 13% off.
