- $300,000 for married couples filing jointly
- $225,000 for heads of households
- $150,000 for all other filers
- The tax credit is not refundable, which means one must have federal tax due to take advantage of it. If the tax due is less than the credit amount, one can only claim the credit up to the amount of the tax due.

There's a pattern with Tesla threads here. I don't care if you all wanna discuss the deal or the cars but it always turns into paaaages and paaaages of bickering back and forth and nobody ,except for the few involved, enjoy that or wanna wade through that. Back on topic… I've never had a Tesla that wasn't riddled with problems, so best of luck to anyone who pulls the trigger on the reduced pricing. Great to see automakers dropping prices so much — tons of great deals to be had in the market right now.
RWD should be priced $34,990
Long Range -> $39,990
Performance-> $44,990
330 miles advertised and being asked to charge for 80% gives 264. Cold weather impact another 20%? Gives 211 miles. Technically what is the range in summer and winter for someone in north east?

It starts out optimistic then reality takes hold. I must stop and charge ~every 160 miles cause that is when I hit the 20% remaining.

But yeah end of q2 will be even cheaper. The closer we get to Juniper, the better.
Then the risk of 7500 going away if there is a change in presidency come Nov elections

BTW it costs me $15 to fast charge for 200 miles of range. That works out to 7 cents a mile. If I drove a car getting 30 mpg, it would cost me 17 cents per mile.

Your article is complaining about the BILLIONS in tax credits given to hundreds of thousands of EV owners. But it does not mention the tens of billions in tax credits given to the big 3 oil companies.

If you can charge at home, with solar, or have lower cost power an EV will save you money. Model Y is one of the best selling cars in the world, there is a reason for that.
