I don't care if you all wanna discuss the deal or the cars but it always turns into paaaages and paaaages of bickering back and forth and nobody ,except for the few involved, enjoy that or wanna wade through that. Lease goes to the leasing company- which usually passes that along within the terms of the lease (as Tesla is doing here- but not all car companies do)
...what? Toyota dealers run discounts constantly.
They have entire section of the website at Toyota.com dedicated to finding such deals, incentives, and special offers here:

In fact doing so and drilling down to a local area I find... the same $7500 EV leasing offer as Tesla will give you.... but on the much inferior Toyota bZ4x that they only sold about as many all of 2023 as Tesla sold every 2 days.
