These are the slowest charging EV I've ever seen at the charging stations. I see people sleeping inside while they trickle charge for 4+ hours.

Hyundai is running a better deal on the ionic 5. 239/mo for 12k/miles a year for 24mo. This is on par with the ionic 6. Just saying, not spectacular.

I don't own one but this sounds like a biased answer of stuff that never happened. Trickle charge at home, then sure maybe. If you hate EVs, okay great. What were you doing stalking people 4 hours anyways? Trickle charging next to them?

It's almost like Toyota can't sell these because they're garbage. As if the wheels flew off when they were first released.

Seriously though, why buy this turd when the Model Y is only slightly more after $7500 rebate or there are stellar deals on the Ioniq 5/6. You're getting one of the crappiest EVs ever made, even if it does say Toyota on it.

10k miles p/yr? Is that the new standard? Maybe for EVs? Mind you I don't lease so I'm not that tuned in, but last I knew leases were 12k p/yr.

Basically, you can charge and drive this once per wk. Really? Add in the insurance and Uber might be less or at least competitive.

I think most leases are 10k/yr.

I would get a Prius with Gas engine than these EV's missing the Gas engine.

We leased a load Mach E California route edition with 4k down + TTL (so 1000 more than this deal) for $340 a month. Way better looking than this car, all wheel drive instead of front wheel, leather, panoramic roof, much faster, and 300 mile + range. I'd personally say the lease deal on California Route edition Mach E is much better

The iconic IONIQ ends with "Q" as does the LYRIQ according to the lyric about it. No idea why EVs end in Q?

I feel like it's very important for people to know that these and the Chevy Bolt have a max of 50kw/h charging. And they almost never pull the full charge amount. These are VERY SLOW charging. If you get one of these or have one. DO NOT BLOCK CHARGERS THAT ARE 150kw/h+. You're gonna be there for a while, Don't hold up other people please.

Trickle charge at home....?!
When half the country lives in apartments?!
Lol....

...

Anyways, this is simply the 2-3 year gap option for those wanting to try EVs before Toyota drops their next gen EVs with superior batteries.

....

Just make sure you test drive this model before buying. Like their CH-R, the visibility past their rear pillars is HORRIBLE!!!

It's like they negotiated with auto accident lawyers to ensure you'll bump a car off the freeway changing lanes.

"Toyota bZ4X DC Fast-Charging Test: Don't Rely On It" Our fast-charging test of a FWD bZ4X XLE took considerably longer at 54 minutes to charge the battery from 25%-80%, which added 141 miles of predicted range at a rate of 2.6 miles of range added per minute. The 2.6 miles of range per minute was far less than Toyota's best-case estimate of 6 miles of range per minute (higher is better when comparing miles of range added per minute).

54 min charging - yeah, I see people taking naps

This and the Subaru Solterra are literally the same car, do your research but if you are going to get this the Solterra is a better deal and comes with AWD in all trims which is better.
