My guitar prodigy son had to have one. Went to the local shop to see if they'd price match and they said this price is lower than their cost. A+ deal, if this is what you're looking for. Purchased from Adorama a few times and always had a great experience. Thanks OP!

Can't bring myself to drop that coin on 1) a relic and 2) a guitar with only one pickup. But thats just me. Great deal though.

I'm surprised that one guy isn't here making up nonsense about Adorama not shipping instruments and having terrible customer service. Adorama is great, and this is a sweet deal. That bridge pickup is all most people will ever need.

You wont have to worry about pickguard scratches or kinks etc if its a b-stock. roadworn guitars hide it all!

This is a righteous axe. Purists bemoan the lack of Floyd Rose trem, the rest of the guitar playing world sees it as a plus.

Actually, purists wouldn't want a Floyd Rose on this, since Eddie didn't use one with this guitar.

There's a bunch of "modern upgrades" on this guitar. Pretty sure there was no graphite neck reinforcement going on in the 70's for example. I guess the hard core guy that's gonna actually play this without a locking trem or locking tuners is gonna string it like Eddie did, religiously twisting each string a certain number of times to keep it from going completely out of tune on the first dive bomb. Oh and you gotta boil your strings first too LOL.

Depends on how pure they are.
And he definitely put a floyd on it. Right around the time when he put a coat of red paint on it.

That's still not this version of the guitar, which is what I was talking about. I never said that he never used a Floyd. I said he didn't ON THIS GUITAR, which he didn't. Also, a purist is a purist. There aren't degrees to it. Your comment is pretty much pointless.

He literally put a Floyd on this guitar. Here, I'll put it in caps just like you. He literally put a Floyd ON THIS GUITAR. Signing off, friendo.
