I did hear an interview with his tech telling how they had to mod and constantly repair the floyd as Ed would wear it out.

Tempted - but used in mint condition they sell for 800.00 - thinking 💭 -they are still a mim - made in Mexico. Ok Batotman was right-The Relic sells for more. I wasn't looking at the Relic versions. It was late- my bad.

I have the red one. Paid 1200 new at Adorama and its the Relic version. Sell for 1800-2000 -still made in Mexico. Great guitar though. I'm not saying Mexico is a Hondo. Smilie

This is still going. Great deal!

Ive had the red Frankie, and now this, the red Frankie I felt like was built a bit better, and the relicing was better....however I prefer this due to the reg trem vs Floyd. I think it sounds better also.
