Edit: I don't know about anybody using the app, but the website and the email are very evasive about hiding the "Multipack Quantity: 6" text in your completed order (disabled from printing via Javascript), so you need an actual raster screenshot if you want to document that.
Maybe not outraged, but I will want a refund
