Basically 1/4 the efficiency of the M3 at CPU compute at least in Cinebench, less than half the effiency of the 7840HS

Intel is basically 3-5 years behind AMD at the moment if one cares about efficiency. These ultrabinned Meteor Lake chips are still garbage because polishing garbage still results in garbage. Thunderbolt requirements are pretty much the only reason why anyone should buy Intel over 7840/8840 right now.
