I bought the Bella Pro Series 8qt. from BestBuy a couple weeks ago for $49 and have been really happy with it. Looks like price is up to $59 right now, but I'd happily pay that much for it still.

On the other hand, this 4qt. is showing as 1300w while something like the Bella Pro at bestbuy is 1700w for 8qt. I imagine the 1700w might cook a little quicker?
In my experience though, having food spread out a bit on the base of the air fryer (covering the bottom of the 8qt) versus piled up in a 3-4qt., the 8qt. with more flat levels will cook faster/better
Edit: I agree with the post above, bigger air fryers tend to cook better and faster without having to flip the food. I'd aim for 6 or 8 QT, even if you're cooking for a single person.
