You most likely never purchased them from Amazon before. I once got a similar set like this, spent $129, just for it to be bootleg Pokémon cards!

It does have a few decent cards. They are just really tough pull rates.
If you have opened a lot of packs before, it's pretty easy to tell they have been reglued back. When this happens, it's not easy to return them. You get stuck with a box of opened up, searched, and missing "hit" cards. Not worth the headache, definitely worth looking elsewhere.
Not a chance that you'll see a booster box from any set less than $80. $85-90 is about as low as you'll see, and those are for the less-desired sets.
