You aren't going to do any heavy duty work with that supposed Hammer drill...
I've been trying to trade mine for the non hammer version for a while now. I'd rather have the shorter size and lighter weight than the ability to drill quickly through concrete. I'll just buy a rotary hammer should the need arise.
Considering that the dcd805, dewalt's flagship compact hammer drill is significantly cheaper than the non hammer counter part, the rest of the drill using world appears to think the same as you. Or, their sales seem to reflect this thought anyway.
