Very cheap, but just FYI Fiskar's brand has gone waaaay downhill and no longer makes quality products like you might remember

Not great for cutting tips off of blunts, it just tears the tobacco up. And now the elementary school said I can't be a sub anymore.

You underestimate the tendency of TSA agents to enforce the letter of the rules without applying common sense. (Though for $1.20 you might as well take the chance if it gets confiscated.)
