Best Buy posted "Faster rewards for Visa Cardmembers: We've made changes that allow you to use your rewards [made] on purchases outside of Best Buy...faster.", but it seems that whatever those changes are broke something instead (at least on my account). So far Customer Service has been unhelpful (only passing it on to another office).
Changed my rewards setting to store the points and only issue a reward when I request...nope...does not work....BB is crooked !
This has not been the case for me …the points get added correctly for me …they even convert the gift certificates to back points after they expire
