In other words, you're getting the future price right now instead of waiting, hoping it goes on sale months from now.
However, the reviews are pretty bad. So it's not all about the specs.

Pros:
- Lots of features.
- Touchscreen if you need it.
- 16gb ram
- Newish processor (old processor made with new tech)
- USB-C Charging
- 512gb storage
- Comes with a protective sleeve.
Cons:
- Graphics could have been way better...
- I bought this "refurbished from Acer" on ebay, for $250 like 9 months ago. It came in mint condition.

It has a touch screen. I bought it and have been using it for a week.
How is it?

Dell:
- Better Keyboard
- Better Speakers
- Slightly lighter
Acer:
- Keyboard and trackpad feel cheaper quality
- Somehow running quieter with less fan noise
- option for optimal battery charging in AcerSense (not sure if it stops battery charging at 80% to help with battery life

This one seems to have favourable reviews! Not as many duds!
If they keep fabbing these chips for years on TSMC N6, it could go down in price. Otherwise, I want to see what "Sonoma Valley" can do in 2025+ (4x Zen 5C cores, known to be "platform compatible" with Mendocino):

It has 16gb, touch, backlit keyboard, and a 1 tb ssd.
Is it worth the upgrade over this deal?
