Huge kobalt fan but this scrubber really disappointed. Ended up returning. Price is obviously great but even at that price I'd pass. It's utility is limited and it doesn't work very well for its intended tasks.

Seems like a good idea but doesnt have any pressure wash capability and no spare brush heads.

Valid in Central Florida. Was just delivered and it seems to be very well constructed. Almost heavy like. Seems to be only one speed and the torque isn't that great, but should work perfect for cleaning a screened-in patio.
One thing to be aware of, apparently there are absolutely no replacement brushes.

Probably worth the 40 bucks, but wouldn't pay over that
