I see it in Socal. Their app is confusing because it won't appear in menu->special offers. Look at checkout, or go to rewards->my offers.

Working for me on Tuesday in South Florida.

Can never get any breast action though. And when I do, they won't even toss in a thigh or leg after that.

Not a deal to me, Local Winn Dixie deli has 10 piece all dark meat for $9 all the time, or 8 piece to include two huge breasts. Yum

I checked my local KFC, deal not listed.

These things are covered in breading to disguise the fact you aren't getting much chicken. Grocery stores have fried chicken for less.

My app doesn't show the deal, even tho it is advertised. However, if you add it in the cart & go to checkout, it discounted to $10. This is for NorCal, the South Bay.

On a related note, I'm guessing if a franchise does not want to participate in this promo, they will not take online/app orders. My closest KFC is like this. I got the deal ordering online at the next closest KFC as I was in that neighborhood today anyway.

My local Safeway chicken pieces have also shrunk. A 'drumstick' once was literally the size of a wing, it was ridiculous. I thought they had messed up so I brought it back. The drumsticks varied in size by a lot, but are overall getting smaller and smaller everywhere.

Costco rotisserie chickens are $4.99 & have to be a min weight/size. If they are smaller, they actually discount it! I bought a Costco rotisserie chicken once for like $4. I was commenting that it looked small, and then I saw they had discounted it because it was small.
