Is the newest model of Ultra still the 2022 model, which if I'm not mistaken, still uses the same hardware from the 2020 model in the box? Didn't it only change the remote?

I have three of the 2018 Roku Ultras and while they aren't "slow", they do take a few seconds to load apps. I do have Micro SD cards installed so it's not that it has to re-load the app. I'm just wondering if anyone has any firsthand experience with the two models, and if anyone knows if these current Ultras are still using the 2020 hardware. Google seems to suggest that is the case. Wondering if it would be worth upgrading at all aside from the rechargeable remote.
Because it only applies to their TV and has been for years. Their standalone devices are still decent, at least for now

When I ordered the Roku Ultra at $59.99 it sent an email stating it's backordered, but it appears my order is in. It says the estimated ship date is 4/16/24.

Same offers when I signed into my account. Don't currently need more Rokus but thanks for posting.

I bought the latest model a month ago and it suffers the same issue my 2020 Ultra suffers from. (Struggles for Samsung TV's on some HDR x265 personal media) So I'm guessing they're very similar.

I have a very specific question: Does 2x YouTube playback work on any of these models?

It has been missing for me for a couple of years on my other Roku devices.

Kinda disappointing since I've been a long time Roku customer.

Thanks, OP! Didn't see the deal just by signing into my Roku account. However, once I clicked on the link you posted it provided the offer.

EDIT: Really? The above was worthy of downvotes?

My 2018 Ultras are still butter smooth. I purchased one of these recently and it's faster but not by much; not a huge upgrade if you have a previous Ultra. I'd personally wait for the refresh.

I only jumped on it because my current Ultra doesn't do Dolby Vision. Otherwise, I have no issues with the speed.

Is it an upgrade for TCL TV with Built in Roku? I've been plagued with sound issues through ARC. My sound bar drops audio when volume is changed.
My research says it is fixed if I plug a roku into the soundbar. But I haven't pulled the trigger to switch from TV built in.
