The 14700F, RTX 4070 Supper, 1000W power supply but only 16GB RAM and everything else the same could be a better deal at 1600.

Theres also an XPS someone recently posted that has a 4070 and a pretty decent chip for 989$. Gonna have to drop in another 16gb ram though

Also the one you're talking about has a one stick of ram. I'm wondering if it has two ram slots. Also the ram is faster in this one. The power supply is slightly lower in the one you were talking about as well has having only 512 nvme vs this 1 TB nvme.

14th Gen i7 is actually slightly faster [userbenchmark.com]:

4070 Super is much better [userbenchmark.com]than non-super.

I would recommend the 1599 deal over this as it has 14th Gen i7, better GPU, less ram, but you can get it back up to 32 for the $100 difference in price. https://www.amazon.com/Crucial-2x...B0C2B7W1W4

Yes, that ram will work on R16 at 5600Mhz (fastest this MB can do)

Neither, get the 4070 Super version for 1600. The XPS i9 is handicap with an air cooler, it will run like an i7. It needs a good 280 or 360 AIO liquid cooler but case has no space for it. You want the best GPU, and i7 CPU will do.
