5 days ? more?
Advertised Battery life is:
Instinct 2S Solar
Regular: 21 days; 51 days with solar*
In GPS Mode: 22 hours; 28 hours with solar*
To get those levels you would have to shut off a lot of constant monitoring features and be in the sun 3+ hours a day for the Solar numbers.

Here's a Reddit thread about battery life. https://www.reddit.com/r/GarminWa...LvU8
They got 12 days with some battery saving efforts but also using GPS for 5.5 hours.
In the comments there are techniques to reduce battery use.
Most people seem to think the Solar isn't worth the extra money but in this case it's cheaper than non-solar and I like a gimmick.
For me I can remember to charge once a week but cannot do every day like Apple Watch would require.

Claim 21 days, right..
12 Days max with everything turned off, even screen.. haha..
probably 5 days or less with all sensors on..
Why do I even need smartwatch then?
I can get GShock for 50$ which will show me time for 10 years before battery change.
This should cost 100$ max...
