Brand says Hampton Bay, are they just rebadged Duraflame firepits? Duraflame says they use 304 steel, and weight Assembled Product Weight 22 lb. The Hampton Bay does say what steel it uses but says it weights 24lbs, but the holes at the base are totally different.

I'm saying if you want to use it on a deck, put it on a larger style paver on the deck to not allow the heat to get to the wood.
