The top seal on this unit is a nightmare to clean. And the top rims of the bowls are extremely thin and fragile to accommodate that seal.

I can almost guarantee these are refurbished simply by including new bowls because the top rims break and crack.

Anyone have any thoughts on this one being Refurbished? Seems like a no-brainer, lowest price I see online is $279.

Wonder how good the two year warranty is too…

My food processor was dead (RIP) when I tried to bust it out for Easter weekend. I shredded cheese and vegetables by hand for what felt like an hour. In for 1!

In41, thanks OP.

I've been waiting a while to buy a good food processor on sale, and this price was impossible to pass up. Looking forward to making home made hummus.

Surely not. Only appliances in the range of electric ranges, washers/dryers, split a/c's etc...need that much power.

I have this food processor and was ready to buy a replacement bowl because the safety catch stopped working reliably. This refurb deal for the whole unit is basically the same price as replacing the bowl.

It's tempting, but my 40 year old Moulenex is still going strong.
