I just returned the very similar Greenworks kit that was on sale a couple weeks ago at Best Buy for $379 and bought this version instead. Not only a $30 price difference here, but this one includes a quick-connect kit, while the BB kit had a couple of wash mits instead.

Glad to hear you save a few $$.
I was looking for a decent pressure washer and found this .. bought it and hoping it works well and last a nice long time. I have to reach the second story of my house to clean lots of bird poop and a greenish hue (moss maybe starting? ) off and I have a paver patio. It'll be wonderful if this helps keep those 2 things clean.
I always have my doubts about these electric pressure washers. They're always way lower PSI than they list (see all the negative reviews for this model for example), but it appears to be the strongest one that they make.
I just want to be able to get graffiti off the sidewalk, but I don't want to have to deal with the annoying maintenance of a gas washer.

I've never used a power/pressure washer and thought it wasn't safe to use them on siding but newer articles say it should be fine.
This "PWMA Certified : All Water Pressure (PSI) and Flow Rate (GPM) Claims for This Product Were Tested and Verified by an Independent Lab" helped me make the decision to go ahead and buy it.
At least Costco has an easy return policy if it doesn't work out.

Yeah. Let us know how it goes. Also something to keep in mind I'm pretty sure that those certification programs measured the power at the output nozzle not when it actually goes out a couple feet. That's how these manufacturers get away with these high PSI ratings that are very much lower in real world use.

Actually the issue is with lower flow at the 3000psi rating. It reaches 3000psi, so it has good cleaning power, but the flow at 3000psi is low. For cleaning my fence, it's not really an issue vs my old gas powered Generac, but for cleaning concrete, the issue is that it's not able to wash the debris away. It cleans nearly as well as the gas washer did, but there's not enough water to wash away all the dirt that gets removed. So you'll wind up going over spots several times or following up with your garden hose to finish the job. So, the power is there, it'll just take some extra time for certain jobs. Overall, I'm satisfied with it for residential duty.
Should note I can't speak to the included surface cleaner as I use a Yamaha one that I already had. Lowest I've seen on this unit by itself was $300 which is when I bought it from Amazon last year, but if you need the accessories, this is a good deal for it.
Edit: For removing paint graffiti, it might be a tough ask. You'll probably have to use the narrowest nozzle. The surface cleaner won't be able to get that off. I tried removing utility marker paint with my old gas unit with the surface cleaner and it couldn't get it off.

Every time I see a pressure washer deal from Costco, I get missing-out pangs for having missed the deal last year on the Husqvarna one being clearance by Costco.
I have this and really like it. Of course I bought it a couple months ago from Greenworks for $350 without the attachments. So, this is a much better deal than I got!
Certainly not as good as a gas pressure washer. But, good enough for a homeowner DIY.

yay, it's great to hear an endorsement from someone who has one. That helps me feel better about my purchase.
at first I bought the Sunjoe ones ended up returning due to the reviews, I paid $50 never used it. Just went straight to this one since, I had a new gas one the orange they carry at warehouse that I got for $200 at costco and ended up selling it, I did not want to deal with gas.
