Yep, my friend and I ordered a pack of the rubber bands, screws and little metal T's for their legs for like $8 on eBay and one night reassembled our entire childhood collections, it was great. Most of them work like new now

The expression is terrible, but that aside, the head/face sculpt is just awful. The gear is also too chunky and ill fitting.

Some of these new Joes look OK, but the bad ones are 90's level "GO TO THE EXTREME!!!" bad. Like whoever did the sculpts had nothing but disdain for the line/characters/collectors.
