These say up to 16" MacBook. Is there enough wiggle room for a 16" Lenovo Legion 7i pro gaming laptop?
Wondering the same, input from anyone using any of these packs with a 16" gaming laptop would be super appreciated!

probably not unless they are the same-ish thickness.

Is the back
Padding rigid and uncomfortable?

Have the tech pack 2 and it's the most comfortable strap and back of any backpack I have tried (way better than Tumi and better than Briggs and Riley)

I own the Tech Pack 2 and it's probably my favorite travel tech bag. It can hold a lot with all it's compartments. My one and only complaint is that the bag cannot stand upright on it's own, empty or full. Small gripe but if anyone cares about that, just fyi.
I got the tech pack 2 mainly for the ability to free stand on its own and I have had it stand on its own both full and empty without issue. Sometimes I do have to make sure the bottom of the main compartment is flat.

I carry the M2 Pro 16" one without a problem and the Legion should fit in it.

I own both and other than AER's xpac, no the difference is not so great as to be worth 7x the price. IMO. I have a lot of experience with packs but I'm far from a pack expert. Or paxpert.
As long as you're a coconut expert, it's okay 😁

my bag literally reclines so much that it always falls backwards. I cannot figure it out, and it honestly shouldn't be this hard. I've had the pack for a number of years now so i've gotten used to it. But maybe my pack is defective or I'm just doing it wrong.

Dammit I want the Tech Pack but I literally have like 30 backpacks. Just got the Nomatic travel pack and used it on a couple trips and it was fantastic, feel bad cheating on my Peak Design with it bit it's superior to anything for travel. Still want that Aer though. 🤔
Lol. I took my everyday bp to Maui and it was perfect. I have too many backpacks. It all started out with the bobblebee.

Is the nomatic that great? I absolutely love my peak design so can't imagine something better.
