This a mtb helmet. Spandex exists but so do jorts. Duck walking is for roadies, Fred.

I do not know much about helmets but in the description it mentions "Fitted with a MIPS Evolve solution."

This is a great helmet. It's rated as one of the best in VA Tech's testing. It feels good on the head and looks awesome. I highly recommend it.
