I got the red version delivered a couple days ago. Surprising build quality for the money. Bright beams on both. I use a lot of 18650 torches but it's nice to have something that takes a super common cell around too. It was a good value at full price.

I got the red version delivered a couple days ago. Surprising build quality for the money. Bright beams on both. I use a lot of 18650 torches but it's nice to have something that takes a super common cell around too. It was a good value at full price.

I got one black and one red delivered to me yesterday. I think it is a good deal. My only complaints are the package it came in and the lack of any instruction. The package is a combination of blister hard plastic covered partly with hard cardboard. I have knives, scissors and tools for blister packs, but these were really challenging to open with out slicing my hand. Them, I still cannot figure out how to connect the headlamp to the head strap. I have to research that further, but instructions would have been nice. On the whole, a good deal for the price.

No AAA or AA flashlights for me. To short of run time.

Even easier is to peel off a layer of the cardboard if possible. In this case it was possible! And simply pop out the stuff.

I agree. In addition to regular household/craft scissors, an inexpensive pair of kitchen/utility scissors is a really handy tool for tasks like this.

Slickdeals loves Coast made junk. I've bought 2 knives and 2 flashlights from post on here. I don't own any of them any more. Quality is garbage. I guess shouldn't expect much at these prices

Just got mine delivered. Decent quality. Better value than Harbor Freight at this price. Handy for the car and not a big deal if it breaks or gets lost.
