Same thing happened to me - looks like you don't save it to the app, but it worked when I entered the code on the flight booking page. Took 25% off the economy plus seating fee.

These seem to be pretty easy questions, even if you aren't a frequent United traveler. I was asked a true/false question about whether United and Avis had a partnership (true). Then I was asked to choose from which of four cities I might want to travel to next (just pick one). After that, I was given my code. You can continue to play the trivia game if you want.


It's funny that they show a picture on the trivia game page of people seated in Premium Plus (United's premium economy offering with wider seats and more legroom), which only counts as Economy Plus (regular economy seats with a few inches more legroom) domestically and is only available on long haul jets.
