Yeah, very confused! I bought my 65 at Micro-center for $1000. I can't see how someone would pay that much for a refurb when the next gen C4 is out/on its way

I'm assuming you bought the c3 and not the G3 right? The 77-in G3 is around 3500 new, but you can get it for $2850 at Greentoe right now. Unfortunately, part of the benefit of the G3 is that you get a 5-year panel warranty, which I'm assuming doesn't apply if you buy refurbished.

Even then...this is a hard sell for a refurb when a NEW Samsung S89C is $1800

people on greentoe getting it for like 2750 new, but most at 2850... there's a whole thread on this.

just got the 77" c3 for 1950 including tax and shipping... might be 1995 now on greentoe. contemplated getting the g3 which is a superior tv, but to get it flush with the wall requires a lot of handywork so i decided to skip it. the c3 so far has been amazing, cant imagine what the MLA panel is like!

I wonder if we'll see a new G3 get this low. $2300 doesn't seem bad for the G3, but I guess it doesn't have that full LG warranty, does it?
