NVME prices always fluctuate, and it seems like every little price change gets posted, often multiple times.
These were $10 cheaper a few weeks ago, $230 several times last year, and I think $204 around BF.
Waiting for prices to go back down and see an actual slick deal before pulling the trigger on a good 4tb.
NAND memory prices fluctuate over larger periods of time... SSD prices are not going to get better anytime soon... it's already been reported they will continue to get worse
The limited Walmart clearance of this drives at $77 is forever seared into my memory even though it only lasted for 10 minutes and in the middle of the night (I missed it too)
I figured out 10 minute mail .com emails work with this....so I conducted an experiment..and to get 20%...and I'm a bit inebriated...
My process was:
Open the 2nd link in the deal in a new Private Window in Firefox
Proceed through adblocker referral warning hell and wait for the WD website to show up with the email prompt
Open new tab in that private window for 10minutemail
Copy and paste that email into the WD website
Go back to 10minutemail and click the verify email link when it shows up
Make sure that page loads then go back to wait for the code
Log what the code % was for, then close the private window and repeat if not 20%
Results:
5x 10%
2x 15%
1x 20%
However the code does not seem to work. Not in my original session nor in the private one where I got it and with the 10minute mail address used. I'll give it a try later and see if it just takes time to propagate.
UPDATE: ~12 hours later, code still does not work.
UPDATE2: The adding a USB Flash drive to the order trick from below worked.
Ok, figured out the Spring Sale code. Doesn't seem to apply to this SSD, but if you add a filler like the san disk flash driver for $6.xx then apply code then add the SSD it applies.
But still can't get it work with NVMESALE for stacking
Ya I got a 10% code which right under the price it looks like they have a 15% lol mofukas clownin on us slickdealers... think were some kind of simple minded money burning plebs! This acutally hurt them IMO I will now not be purchasing from them anytime soon. I got a 4TB Teamgroup with DRAM for 168 last year. Now I understand this is faster but not by a ton...
Free Coupon I wont be touching..... _> expires on April 14th, 2024

When I ordered it came with a free 128gb flash drive and I only used the 20% code. Came down to 245.50 and was like 263 after tax. Got a new legion pro 7i I'm putting it in. Definitely not a shill here. If you can't land a 20% off coupon, it isn't a deal.

[email protected] is the same as
[email protected]
[email protected]
etc etc...
Plus trick may work too
[email protected]
[email protected]
etc. etc..
but don't bother... the Spring sale code from email doesn't seem to apply on sale items and can't stack with NVMESALE code even if it does.
But still can't get it work with NVMESALE for stacking
