The extra stuff they throw in is essentially worthless.

A) if you're buying a 4000 series card, you likely have a better CPU cooler anyways.
B) 256GB is nothing anymore. And a waste of physical space in your case.
This could be pretty confusing so just let me know if anybody can't get it to work. I can try and help you through it. Tried to write it as best I could. Also I would recommend getting another SSD/HDD instead of the intel stock cooler since the intel cooler is probably unusable for your setup. It's only $1-2 more and you can use it as a backup or boot drive. I tried to share my prebuilt part lists, but I could only do one and it kept changing as I added/removed different items
eh. 256GB SSD isnt worthless. makes for good portable drive or scratch disk

I actually dual-boot windows (default OS) and ubuntu for programming from a SATA SSD like this one. 256GB is more than plenty for those purposes Smilie Pretty much just use it as my boot up drive and core programs/libraries. I have another 2TB nvme SSD for like photography and video editing and used to also hold my large game files there. Works pretty well idk. SATA ssds are hidden on the behind my motherboard on my pc case so you'd never even know it was there

I think the deal is the price on the cards rather than the items they throw in. You're right that the bundled in items are of little value for most people, but you must add them in to get this price on the graphics card.

Couldn't find the Intel cooler nor the 256gb SSDs as options in the part lists of the builder tool.

Obligatory keep waiting post. 5090 is dropping this year. 4000 series was a terrible value to consumer and while the 5000 series will also be a terrible value it will drive down the price of the 4000 series.

Maybe misreading it, but I clicked the MSI link (MSI Ventus GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER) and the item is not available. It likely means the sale has't started.

Edit: Yeah, checkout only becomes available if all three items are added.
Doesn't seem like much of a deal with estimated total: $772.62 MSI Ventus GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER + cheapest SSD + that fan.
Not terrible, just a lukewarm deal on a fresh GPU which is $829.99 straight from BB

I'd sure like a 4070 super to upgrade from my 6600xt, but these prices need to be about $200 lower, they're still ridiculous.

FWIW, the best "bang for the buck" fillers I could find are these two:
$28, https://www.newegg.com/team-group...6820331832
$22, https://www.newegg.com/enermax-et...6835214072

You could also stack a 5% chase offer.

I saw a $12 filler ram yesterday but looks like it's gone now.

Also, just for research purpose, can we add two random fillers and return them later?
