I didn't extensively read the reviews, but a lot of the bad ones were about the item arriving with some damages/chips etc. Which I think can be common with these types of items from Amazon. I assume that's why it's frequently returned more so than it being a bad product. Some other bad reviews were about them chipping in general with use.
