I ordered a 100 gallon wicker version and a 180 gallon version. I received a UPS tracking number a few days after I placed the order but that tracking number doesn't seem to be valid.
I did randomly receive the 180 gallon version on Friday though.
HD chat support was no help either. They took 6-7 minutes between responses with no real substance (introduction, "my pleasure", etc.). Then they didn't even look into it, just wanted to take the lazy way out and refund me my money so I can place another order. Which they didn't even look into that because it's sold out and I can't place another order. I'll just keep waiting a bit longer to see if it just shows up, or place a new order if the 100 gallon wicker ones come back in stock.
