Try closing the app then re-opening and changing the delivery time by 15 minutes. That worked for me.

That's the best we can hope for after we hit the accept button. Non-tippers in general are fairly scummy people But since I won't take them anymore it doesn't really affect me. I'd rather have a low acceptance rate than high blood pressure dealing with those people. Those deliveries are usually to dangerous areas too.

I definitely can sympathize. If I do use them, it's almost always for pickup. If it's for delivery, I will make sure to tip well. I also won't order for delivery if there are bad weather conditions such as extreme cold/heat/rain/snow and I won't order for any restaurant more than a mile away as I feel bad having delivery people go through those conditions. Since I live in NYC and almost all the courriers are on bikes, weather conditions certainly play a big factor in the courrier's experience.

Promo code wasn't working for me either. I ended up using the chat and the csr advised to place an order so they can apply the promo on their end. it took about 5 min overall
