Sometimes they run deals and have 8pc for $5, so I've always rolled my eyes at KFC. It's pretty dead around here for a reason: paying $2-3 for a piece of chicken is bullshit lol
Yesterday I got jack in the box, mcdonalds and burger king, 1.49 soda from mcdonalds, 1.00 any size fry deal from jack in the box, and I used reward points to get a free whopper from bk. All 3 places are on the same street so didn't drive far.
For those that don't know, when I was browsing the jack in the box website for deals I noticed they have a deal for 2 jumbo jacks for 5.00, I didnt feel like eating 2 jumbo jacks so I went with the 1.00 large curly fries.

Albertsons fried chicken is really good for the price. I love KFC original though with some white rice 😂

Golden Chick is fire. Popeyes' sister chain, Church's Chicken is even better. But both are few and far between and in regions. Not nationwide.
