Here's a cheaper option if you don't need 8in pan

That's a good deal. Just paid for $40 for the 10" at Walmart to replace the one my wife burned up. Yes, burned up. I don't like her cooking.
I am a registered chemical engineer dealing with PFAS. I don't use any of the non stick ones.

Cooking enthusiasts would argue that these have a health risk since they are made in China. I don't know how valid this concern is but I do know that China has very impure metals. It is a matter of whether these impurities would leach out while cooking.
I hear what you're saying, but I would say I feel pretty darn safe buying something from Costco. If this were coming from some nonsense name vendor on Amazon or whatever, then I would think it's sketchy.

Someone forgot to tell my 87-year-old in-laws, who have been using non-stick for 60 years, that they are supposed to be dead from their non-stick pans.

It's a good to great deal. I use 2 10" regularly and temped to get for the other 2 sizes and give the 10" away.

I've gotten to where I use this or cast iron 90% of cooking. I have couple non-stick I reserve for eggs only. Otherwise, I love the these. And the advantage these have over cast iron is easier to see if ur burning anything on bottom of pan and for pan sauces.

"Because it didn't happen to me" --it's not like every smoker dies of lung cancer. Your singular anecdote is dumb.

Yes and no. EVOO has "good" fats, which are good for you. However, most people do not cook using EVOO due to low smoke point and use refined olive oil, which isn't nearly as healthy.

My mistake. Could you post a link to the scientific study comparing non-stick pans and cigarette smoking? And how did you know my FIL smokes?

If it's really bad, that's multiple layers on it that are burnt. As someone else suggested, boiling water and scrape, but I did not do that for the one I cleaned and it was bad enough I got it for $6. I had to scrub until the powder was gone and then rinse the sponge thoroughly until the water ran clear from it. After getting to that point rinse the pan, add more barkeeper then scrub until nothing is coming off anymore again and repeat.

It's a good workout, but anything darker than stainless steel will come off. I removed the etching they outlined the logo and model with (can still make out the etch but it's the sale stainless color). A drill brush will make short work of it with barkeeper, but you have to keep the sponge clean and loaded with barkeeper to make progress.

There's people who's been smoking since young age and lived to 90 or 100.

There's people almost 100 years old who are on a meat based diet and haven't died of heart disease.

That doesn't mean everyone else on the planet will have the same great luck. Life's literally a russian roulette game.

Anyone know if these work well on induction tops? I only saw one review saying yes.

That's the whole point. A lot of people posting here like to make statements that are absolutes, as if there are some kind of guarantees in life.

PFAS are in everything. Soil, vegetation, drinking water, breast milk, meat... I need pans that don't have any more PFAS in it. I already get enough of that vitamin and don't want to over do it.
