My membership expired November 2022 so it will be expired for more than 18 MONTHS this month of May and the deal can be redeemed before 06/16/24, but then there is this clause "but we encourage you to redeem within 30 days of your purchase."

It is per address and Costco is very strict about this. There is no work around as far as I know.

So if you have a separate email and house address you can rotate between the two? I also saw something about rotating between two people on the same address in a previous post but I don't remember the details. And the Costco peeps are super strict and can sniff out when you try to pull a fast one on them 🤣.
