I used 8 of these to figure out where my HVAC wasn't working. An older version of the app was really taxing on the iphone battery, but other than that I have no complaints. I recently gave one to a plant-loving friend as a small gift to show appreciation for helping me with some garden problems and she loved it. I usually pick them up at around this price. Don't think they've been cheaper that I have seen.

I don't think this model would work with the WiFi gateway because this model is Bluetooth.

It does, it bridges the bluetooth devices to wifi. It's really nice that even the older models are compatible with it

For anyone looking to buy more than one of these, it seems that the coupon is not single use per account. It only provides the discount on one item per order, but you can place multiple orders. I just ordered 4 that way.
