No time machine, but this was just on sale NEW for $90 more at B&H so it is likely to go on sale for around that price again. Asurion plan is $70 for 3 years. Just FYI for anyone considering this.

No, but as a courtesy, we don't want to click on the post and then realize it is a refurbished item, not a brand new if the price is too good for a brand new item.

Amazing price but the panels are basically used and must all have some amount of hourly usage on them, prob just a gamble on how many hours you get or if your unfortunate to get one with burn-in

I consider this is the perfect monitor especially for gaming, if you like the size anyway.

42in@4k is 2x2 21in monitors at 1080p, plenty of window management tools to make good use of this space.

As for gaming, 4k@120hz, gsync and freesync, super low response times... I know it's marketed as a TV but man this thing truly a monster as a monitor. I've been waiting for a deal and I'm hopping on.

I used a 40" for a monitor and it was overkill but I love LG oleds so I'm considering it to replace my small 3D PlayStation TV for gaming on the side of my desk. Tempting price for sure

WIsh I got this than the 55" inch Hisense U7K for $480. Smaller size but a much better quality panel. Valid point though on the refurb, if you got one where someone leaves the TV on all day then that can dramatically lower the life of the TV or might have some burn-in.
