I called to complain about returning it. There's no way to get it back in the original box. At first the Amazon agent said "So sorry, you must put in box to return". I said there's no way to get it back in the box, and she checked further, and she said "Sorry, you have to box it up to return". I mentioned that this is the first time (which is true) that Amazon had let me down. She put me on hold and came back on and offered a refund without return. Just be aware that this thing may not fit your mattress perfectly.
