Yea I wish it had a 4070 instead of 4060. The specs are nice on this legion. I'm debating between this and the Asus Zepyhrus G16. The G16 design is just super nice, but I can get this lenovo legion which would have double the RAM(32GB vs 16GB) and a better CPU (14th gen I9 vs ultra 9 185H).

But the G16 has a GTX 9070, and an OLED screen which probably beats any screen on any laptop right now. Also G16 is 1lb lighter, and 1 inch smaller in every dimension.

Ughh such a difficult choice

Dr. W, any thoughts on this? wondering if you have any recommendations.

G16 is $1700 and this lenovo legion 5 is $1400.

Zepyhrus would be better if you plan on using your laptop as a laptop most of the time.

But if you intend on using it plugged to external monitor and have it running lid closed most of the time, I recommend looking for a manufacture other than Asus as its gaming laptops cooling design is intended to run with lids open.
