You'll probably want a bigger batter for a cutting tool like that.

The M18 fuel kit with 5.0 battery, charger, and carbide blade can be hacked for about $125. It should come back in stock soon. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Milwa.../303846657

Nice... I was wondering about that. I have the 12 fuel and it's good. I also have the M12 non-fuel which is terrible.

I don't know if it's the blade I'm using or what, but I was really underwhelmed by the cutting power of this thing, took forever to get through a simple 2x8

Was hackable for $125 about 2-3 wks ago. The m18 version.
